It is important to us that you be pleased with the carpets you purchase, and so we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for any purchase you make in our Montreal, Quebec showroom store or online at BashirCarpets.com. This is done provided that the carpets you purchased are returned back to us in the same condition as when they were initially sold to you. In other words, no visible signs of wear and tear or damage must be present.

Considering the fact that in our showroom there are thousands of rugs to choose from, sometimes it is not so obvious which carpet to choose. If you are unsure of which rug to purchase, you are welcome to book an appointment with us for an in-home consultation. From Monday to Friday, we offer you a free on site consultation at your home between 8:30 am and 9:30 am or between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm.

 

In addition to consultation services, many of our clients also use our in-home trial service to see how the rugs fit with their home decor. You are also welcome to do so provided a deposit is made.
